Why this PYQ booklet is different
Most question banks give you a random pile of questions. This one is built the way RBSE actually sets the paper:
- Chapter-wise sorting — every question lives under its own chapter, so you can revise one topic at a time.
- Section-wise (A, B, C, D) — MCQs, Fill in the Blanks, Very Short, Short, Long, and Very Long Answer questions are grouped separately, exactly like the real paper.
- Marks tagged on every question — you know upfront whether it's a 1, 2, 3, or 4 mark question.
- Year mentioned next to each question — you can spot which questions keep repeating across years.
- Covers 14 years (2013 to 2026) — including the latest RBSE 2026 board questions.
- All four subjects in one PDF — History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics together.
If a question has appeared in RBSE 2016, 2022, and 2024 — you'll see all three years listed next to it. That's your signal to learn it thoroughly.
How to use this PYQ booklet (Smart Study Method)
- Finish the NCERT/RBSE textbook chapter first. PYQs are best used for revision and understanding exam patterns.
- Open the chapter in this PDF and read every question. Don't solve immediately—first understand the question pattern.
- Mark the repeat questions. Questions appearing in multiple years deserve your highest priority.
- Start with Section A. Solve MCQs and Fill in the Blanks first to build confidence.
- Move to Sections B and C. Write answers in your own words instead of memorising.
- Attempt Section D last. Use headings, bullet points, and proper answer structure.
- Revise the marked repeaters before the exam. They're often the highest-return topics.
Focus on one chapter at a time instead of jumping between chapters.
Marks Distribution at a Glance
The RBSE Class 10 Social Science paper generally follows this pattern, which is reflected throughout the booklet:
- Section A: MCQs, Fill in the Blanks, Very Short Answer Questions — 1 mark each.
- Section B: Short Answer Questions — 2 marks each.
- Section C: Long Answer Questions — 3 marks each.
- Section D: Very Long Answer Questions — 4 marks each.
Practising in the order A → B → C → D helps you build speed, improve answer-writing skills, and manage your time effectively in the actual RBSE board examination.
